Dr. Gaffar Peang-Meth

Dr. Gaffar Peang-Meth is retired from the University of Guam, where he taught political science for 13 years. He currently lives in the United States. He can be contacted at peangmeth@gmail.com. His political views, opinions, perspectives, and advices are often related to Buddha teaching, old sayings, slogans, political philosophies, and so forth. We have found his articles very interesting.
